The My Account App for iPhone lets you easily track your mobile usage, on the go. Please Note: if you would like to install the App on an iPad please search for the iPad version.
• Pay your Postpaid bill (when there is a bill ready for payment).
• Use a nickname instead of your service number.
• Check your mobile phone usage on the go.
• View your Postpaid included value, excluded usage, rollover and data usage.
• View your Prepaid included credit and data balance.
• Check usage for multiple mobile services.
• View any Data Rewards that you have
• Remember me function means that you don’t have to log in each time the app is opened. Please note: if Remember me is enabled and someone else uses your phone - with or without your permission - they will have access to your Virgin Mobile account via the App.
• Add, remove and change your Data Packs. Please note: some Data Packs will require calling us to alter.
• Manage your International Roaming: Turn International Roaming On/Off, add Roaming Data Packs and view your International Roaming usage. To access, go to the Settings screen
• Requires iOS 7.0 or above.
• Apple Watch support:
For Postpaid Services: Remaining days in your bill period; remaining Value and remaining Data.
For Prepaid Services: Remaining days of your usage period; remaining Value and remaining Data.
• Please Note: minimum iOS 8.2 required for Apple Watch support.
